Stephen is a lecturer at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where he teaches MBA and MSc students and delivers executive development programmes to corporate clients. In addition to his roles as trainer and lecturer he works as a consultant to private clients engaged in challenging negotiations. He has delivered negotiation training to financial planners on the MSc in Financial Services at the Institute of Banking and to clients in the wealth management and insurance industries.

He has also been involved in negotiation training in Europe, Asia and the United States for clients in sectors as diverse as automotive, construction, financial services, healthcare, law enforcement, management consulting, pharmaceuticals and technology.
